We know how hard you work. We know how much you juggle. Join us for three hours of mindfulness and movement blended together with introspective reflection. Let this afternoon be about you and building your personal foundation for enjoying your success and your life. Refreshments will be served.

Lauren McClerkin, Founder of Conscious Strong™ and a master-certified Pilates instructor. Lauren has been teaching Pilates professionally for over a decade and she has a passion for helping others find their potential through mindfulness and movement techniques.
Vera Lucia Moura, MD, MS-MBM, CIHWC is a Researcher and Adjunct Instructor in the UNC-CH Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Program on Integrative Medicine, and in the Department of Psychiatry. For two decades she practiced clinical psychiatry and psychoanalysis in her country, Brazil. In the United States, she received a certification in Mind-Body Medicine from the Center for Mind-Body Medicine, a Master of Science Degree in Mind-Body Medicine, and a certification in Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching.
Emily Crookston, PhD is the ghostwriter for renegades, mavericks, and creative marketers. As the owner of the Pocket PhD (thepocketphd.com), she helps clients shape books and other content that is clear, captivating, and impactful.
