Lauren is a master certified Pilates instructor, certified as a Brain Health Trainer, TPI Certified, founder of Conscious Strong and Co-Founder of Consciously Fit. Lauren is a professional public speaker who is passionate about guiding and supporting others towards healthy living from a different approach.

Peter Michael Dedes

Peter earned his degree in health, fitness and stress management and is currently certified as a Brain Health Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist Functional Aging Specialist and NLP Practitioner. Peter delivers online educational courses and workshops to expand awareness and evolve perception in all aspects of healthily living.
